Ezequiel Busquets
Ezequiel has performed and recorded at institutions such as NYU Steinhardt and has presented his original research across the country at conferences including UMEA and UNCUR, as well as at universities such as Westminster University and UCLA. His work explores jazz improvisation and composition, as well as the cultural dynamics of Black American musicians and the role of improvisation in intercultural communication. His debut project as a bandleader, Natural Things, was released in 2024, showcasing a blend of jazz innovation and modern composition. The record is available on all streaming platforms and on vinyl.
