The Nature Conservancy (TNC) is a global nonprofit whose mission is "to conserve the lands and waters on which life depends." Join Snowbird on March 4 for a panel and presentation on the mountain snowpack and its effect on the Great Salt Lake.
The conversation will feature speakers Carli Kierstead, TNC's Wyoming Forest Program Director, and Tim Hawkes, the Chairman of the Board of the Great Salt Lake Brine Shrimp Cooperative & former Utah State Representative. Afterwards there will be a panel discussion led by Danna Baxley, TNC's Water and Agriculture Strategy Director for Utah, featuring Carli Kierstead, Tim Hawkes, and Lindsie Smith of the Great Salt Lake Alliance.
