The Cutoff is a feature-length documentary set inside Cocodona 250, a 250 mile ultramarathon across Arizona, where time, not distance, is the race’s most unforgiving opponent. Following a group of underdog runners, the film focuses on those fighting exhaustion, injury, and doubt as they race each checkpoint before the clock runs out. As the finish line looms for some and disappears for others, The Cutoff reveals what it means to keep moving when the odds, and time itself, are stacked against you.

Before the feature film we will showcase two short films with similar principles. A Q&A with some of the people who helped create the film will follow.

Run time: 135 minutes.

Age policy: Recommended for all ages; children 13 months and under (infants being held) do not require a ticket.
