Behold: the pie class you've been asking for. In this edition, we'll be making fresh pie crust and a slew of fillings to adorn it. It'll be a little DIY-pie moment. Is there a better way to celebrate Utah's birthday than with pie? We'll have takeaway containers for your pies, or for your separated and created pie fillings so you can build it at home. Why not both? Either way, it'll be easy as pie.

Pie Fillings You'll Make:
- Pastry Cream
- Meringue
- Ice Cream

Fruit Fillings We Will Offer:
- Apple
- Strawberry
- Freshly Selected Berry Medley
- Peaches (Upon Seasonality)
- Lime

Customize your own or stick to the classics. Each guest will receive enough ingredients to create 2 pies. A light dinner is provided during the class.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Seats are priced per person.
