Friday, August 21 | 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Harmons Station Park Cooking School
Chef Laura
Of course the Cooking School is the perfect and most wonderful place in the entire world to learn and practice cooking. Sometimes though, we dim the lights and turn the ovens off to host an intimate evening where we do all the cooking for you. Kick back, relax, and enjoy some cocktails and food pairings that all share one thing in common: they have been infused with our beloved Hatch chiles. This class is a predecessor to the main event - our annual Taste of Chile Roast is taking place Saturday, August 22nd. If you're unfamiliar with this chile, or already a devoted fan, this is a true celebration of the sweet heat Hatch chiles can bring.
Our Menu:
- "Down the Hatch" Pineapple Hatch Chile Pina Colada
- Hatch Bloody Mary
- Hatch Chile Margarita
- Hatch of the Day: Hatch Chile Cheeseball, Hatch Chile Pineapple Salsa, Hatch Chile seasoned tortilla chips
- Hatch Chile Verde
- Elote with Hatch Queso Blanco
- Spicy Mango Sherbert
