Supper clubs around the world are notorious spots for food enthusiasts to gather over the table and discuss at length the endless possibilities and criticisms when it comes to good food.

In this iteration, we are encouraging you to bring your best and cena conmigo, (dinner with me). Converse with your friends and co-Chefs over sizzling fajitas and fizzy fruit punches of varying flavors, laugh and giggle over queso blanco. The menu for this evening comes straight from the best of our International aisle—no packet seasonings or bottle sauces here. You can truly taste the difference. Let us show you the ways of introducing spice, heat, bold flavor and texture to your Mexican meals. If your mouth isn't watering yet, wait until you see what you'll be cooking:

- Fajitas w/ Peppers, Beef, Chile de Arbol and Oaxaca Cheese
- Shredded Lime Chicken Stuffed Poblanos
- Green Chile Queso Blanco
- From Scratch Lime-Cumin Refried Black Beans

It's a showcase of Mexican cuisine that is sure to delight and surprise.

What to Expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work in small groups sharing workstations and equipment in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional Chef instructor and staff. For your safety, please have hair secured away from the face and wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes. Our classes begin at 6:00pm and are 2–2½ hours long.
