The French Mother sauces are some of the most revered in the world- they are also some of the easiest to master. Let our team of dedicated Chefs guide your way toward creating velvety butter sauces you'll be able to enjoy again and again.

What You'll Cook:
- Hollandaise and Fried Potatoes
- Bernaise and Steak
- Beurre Blanc and Fresh Sea Scallops

What You'll Taste:
- Creamy, Buttery Sauces
- Tender, Juicy Steaks
- Mouth Melting Scallops

What You'll Learn:
- Emulsifying delicate butter sauces
- Searing techniques from the pros
- Tricks on working quickly and efficiently while minimizing waste

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above; this class is scheduled for 2 hours.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
