Join beloved, long-time Wasatch Elementary art teacher Julie Lewis for a two-evening mosaic workshop where creativity gets delightfully destructive. Bring along a piece of pottery you're ready to part with, and transform it into a one-of-a-kind garden tile or trivet. Come solo or make it a night out with friends.
Designed with beginners in mind, this hands-on workshop will take place over two evenings — Tuesday, May 19 and Thursday, May 21 — allowing time between sessions for your mosaic design to properly set before finishing. All essential supplies are included.
Participants are encouraged to bring a personal ceramic item to incorporate into their piece, whether a well-loved heirloom or a charming thrift-store find.
