Gameday fan information
To help fans prepare for game day and enjoy the best experience possible at home athletics contests, Utah Athletics provides gameday information on tickets, parking, stadium entry, stadium policies, concessions, and fan behavior expectations.
Digital tickets and parking
- Tickets and parking will be scanned on game day using the ticket holder's mobile device. They may be transferred to others via email or text message.
- Fans are encouraged to download tickets and parking passes to the wallet on their smartphone (iPhone and Android) for presentation upon arrival to expedite entry.
- Step-by-step instructions have been delivered to season ticket holders via email and may be accessed online by logging in to a season ticket holder account and selecting "Manage Tickets."
- Plan to arrive early to allow extra time for the entry process.
- Single-game tickets for Utah Football home games may be purchased.
Stadium gates
- Stadium gates open 90 minutes before kickoff. Arrive early and review the most efficient route from your parking lot or the Trax station and determine the most appropriate stadium gate.
- Fans parking in on-campus lots north of the stadium may find the quickest entry through Honda Gate G (northeast corner, off South Campus Drive) or Gates H, J, or K.
- Fans coming from lots east of the stadium are encouraged to walk toward 500 South and enter at Gate L (southeast corner), which has the most staff and ticket scanners.
- Those who park in the west lot but have seats on the east side or in the south end zone may find faster entry through Gate L on 500 South.
- Students are encouraged to enter Rice-Eccles Stadium through Gate L for the quickest entry to the MUSS section.
- For TRAX arrivals, there are three gates on the west side: Gates F, D, and the Cauldron Stairs.
- All main stadium gates feature a no-bag line for express entry. A gate map is available.
Stadium policies
- Clear bag policy and no-bag express lanes: Only clear bags up to 12" x 12" x 6" are allowed inside the stadium. No bags, purses, or duffels may be brought into the stadium. No-bag lanes are available at main gates for express entry.
- Water bottles: One factory-sealed bottle of water per person (1 liter or less) is permitted. Bottled water may not be frozen. Empty personal water bottles (1 liter or less) are permitted. Glass water bottles are not permitted. Bottle-filling stations are located throughout the concourses.
- Cashless concessions: All concession stands are cashless. Sales are completed using credit cards or mobile payment apps such as Apple Pay and Google Wallet.

Concessions
Rice-Eccles Stadium offers a wide variety of concessions options spread around the concourse. A full concessions map and other stadium services are available.
