Join us for an exclusive culinary event that showcases the rich and robust flavors of the Southwest with our specially curated Hatch Chile Harvest Celebration. This one-of-a-kind dining experience is designed to honor the legendary Hatch chile, harvested from the sun-drenched fields of New Mexico. As the sun sets over the Salt Lake Valley, embark on a gastronomic journey with our masterpiece of flavors that pays homage to the traditional chile relleno. This event is more than just a meal; it’s a celebration of community, culture, and the incomparable taste of the Hatch chile.

Menu:
- Wagyu Hatch Chile "Rellenos" Inspired Burger, with all the fixings
- Ranchera Aioli
- Loaded Hatch Chili Tater Tots
- Slaw
- Hatch Chile Margaritas and hatch chili lemonade
- Hatch Pecan Praline Ice Cream

All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government-issued I. D. Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
