The popularity of succulents as decor has become a trend, but there's one humble succulent we want to celebrate through one of its best-known byproducts, tequila. In this class, Chef Tara will discuss tequila and the ways it can be used in foods and as a beverage in its own right. Come join us and see just how awesome the agave plant can be!

Important Information:
- This class is 21+. You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We're required to verify ID at check-in, and we will not be able to admit any guests without one.
- Seats are priced per person.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
