Bake Your Thanksgiving Pies With Us!

Your Thanksgiving dessert is officially handled. You’ll make two pies from start to finish, bake them here, and take two whole pies home with you.

First up: our really good Key Lime Pie; the kind that puts all the other key lime pies to rest. And our Pumpkin Mousse Pie? The pie for people who think they don’t like pumpkin pie. We’re pretty confident they’ll be asking for seconds. (If there’s any left.)

Which means Wednesday night? Dessert is DONE. Thursday? Pull the pies out, slice, and accept the compliments. A little cooking. A little strategy. A much easier Thanksgiving.

A light lunch will also be served.

In this hands-on Harmons Cooking School class, you’ll work with other students in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment, and learn in a hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
