Celebrate Chile Roast season with a lunch inspired by one of the West's most iconic flavors. Learn to build the ultimate bison burger layered with roasted Hatch green chiles, sharp white cheddar and caramelized onions on a brioche bun. We'll pair it with crispy Hatch green chile seasoned fries and a chilled grilled calabacitas salad. Finish with our signature Biscochitos turned iced cream sandwiches for the occasion.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- Work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class; please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
