In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to build a silky, flavor-packed lobster bisque from scratch and bake tender herb and cheese biscuits worthy of dunking into every last spoonful. We'll cover techniques for developing deep seafood flavor, creating a velvety texture, and mastering flaky biscuit dough. Whether you're looking for a cozy date-night menu or an elegant meal to share with friends, this class delivers seaside comfort in every bite.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
