Poland's Perogi (August 15)
Saturday, August 15 | 12:00-2:00 p.m.
Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School
Chef Stephanie Cardinal
There’s a reason Poland has cherished pierogi for generations; when made by hand, they are comforting, delicate, and deeply satisfying in a way no store-bought version can match.
In this immersive class, you’ll use two classic fillings from scratch: warmly spiced meat and a rich potato & sharp cheddar. You’ll learn to roll, fill, and seal each pierogi by hand, mastering the traditional technique that gives them their signature tender bite.
You’ll leave with a generous batch ready to boil, pan-sear in butter until golden, or enjoy the moment you get home. Because some recipes aren’t just learned, they’re carried forward.
