Skip the takeout and learn how to create restaurant-style Chinese favorites right at home. In this hands-on class, you’ll make tender beef and crisp broccoli coated in a rich, savory sauce, along with classic fried rice. Enjoy delicate Chinese almond cookies for dessert. We’ll cover the techniques and balance of flavors that give these dishes their authentic, restaurant-quality taste.

Menu:
- Savory Ginger-Garlic Beef and Broccoli (Niu Rou Xi Lan Hua)
- Cantonese-Style Yangzhou Fried Rice
- Chinese Almond Cookies
- Iced Green Tea

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
