You’ll learn how to make delicate, perfectly thin crêpes from scratch, then fill and fold them with classic sweet and savory Parisian-style fillings. The chef will guide you through proper batter technique, pan handling, and presentation tips to help you achieve elegant, café‑worthy results at home. Whether enjoyed as a brunch favorite, a light meal, or a dessert, this class captures the simple beauty and timeless appeal of French crêpes—delicious, versatile, and irresistibly Parisian.

- Nutella Dream Crepes with Bananas and Strawberries

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
