Gyros aren't fast food — they're an art form. In this class, you'll build the whole spread from scratch: hand-rolled pita that puffs in the oven, slow-marinated chicken with real char, cooling tzatziki thick enough to stand a spoon in, and a crisp Greek salad that holds its own next to all of it.
No shortcuts. No packets. Just the real thing — and you'll know how to make it again the moment you get home.
