In this Take & Bake class, you're doing the fun part — prepping two iconic American desserts from scratch — then taking everything home to bake fresh when you're ready. Tart, creamy key lime pie. A stunning fresh berry cake bursting with peak-season fruit. Both built by you. Both ready to blow your guests away. Prep it here. Bake it there. Take all the credit.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
