Treat Mom to a Mother’s Day she won’t forget. In this festive hands-on class, we’ll cook together and create the kind of cozy brunch everyone wishes they could enjoy at home.

You’ll learn how to prepare a golden, fluffy asparagus, ham & Gruyère frittata and perfectly crispy herb-roasted breakfast potatoes, while enjoying a warm, caramelized Kouign-Amann pastry prepared by the chef — one of the most decadent pastries in the world.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
