Mastering Calzones (May 7)
Thursday, May 7 | 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School
Chef Stephanie
Crispy outside. Molten inside. Yours to make.
In this hands-on class, you’ll prepare authentic pizza dough, learn how to build fillings that actually hold together, and seal a calzone that bakes up golden, blistered, and perfectly crisp. We’ll talk dough, cheese melt, and the secret to that unforgettable first pull-apart moment.
Then you’ll build your own creation at our calzone bar, stocked with premium cheeses, cured meats, fresh vegetables, herbs, and house-made sauces—so every calzone that comes out of the oven is uniquely yours. Come hungry and leave with the skills to recreate calzone night anytime.
Menu:
- Authentic Neapolitan-Style Pizza Dough
- Calzone Bar with Premium Cheeses, Cured Meats, Fresh Vegetables & House Sauces
- Marinara for Dipping
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
