Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School

Soft, pillowy bao buns meet bold, modern fillings in this hands-on class. You’ll learn how to mix, knead, shape, and steam perfectly fluffy buns before building two signature fillings: a savory, caramelized pork option and a vibrant veggie medley layered with aromatics and fresh herbs.
We’ll walk you through every technique—from dough texture to steaming setup—so you can recreate restaurant-quality bao at home. By the end, you’ll assemble (and enjoy!) your own custom creations, complete with sauces and garnishes that make each bite unforgettable.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
