Join us on the Harmons patio at sunset for a seasonal chef-served dinner celebrating light, herb-forward flavors and the beauty of spring cooking. Savor the golden hour with a menu designed to refresh the palate and highlight the beauty of simple, elegant cooking. From the crisp snap of seasonal asparagus to the velvety finish of a citrus-set posset, every dish captures the essence of a spring evening at sunset.
Menu:
- Asparagus Mimosa with Crispy Capers
- Poached Salmon with Yogurt Dill Sauce
- Orzo Salad with Cucumber and Mint
- Lemon Posset with Fresh Berries

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
