Under the Winter Moon: A Cioppino Supper
Wednesday, December 23 | 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Harmons Santa Clara Cooking School
Chef Stephanie Cardinal
There is something magical about a pot of cioppino simmering on a cold winter evening. Born in the Italian-American fishing community of San Francisco, this celebrated seafood stew brings together the flavors of the sea in a rich tomato, wine, and herb broth.
Join us for a chef-led evening exploring the art of building a beautiful cioppino, preparing seafood, and bringing everything together in one spectacular pot. We'll finish with Chef-Prepared Focaccia for soaking up every last drop of broth and gather around the table for a cozy, memorable winter supper.
A little coastal Italian tradition, a little holiday indulgence, and a very good reason to get out on a December evening.
Menu:
- Ultimate Caesar Salad
- Seasonal Authentic Cioppino
- Herb Focaccia
- Lemon Olive Oil Cake
