Ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the heart of Italian flavor? We are taking a select group of willing adventurers straight to Naples, the birthplace of pizza.
Stretch, top, and bake your own masterpiece, then sit back and savor authentic Neapolitan pizza with us. This dough translates beautifully to outdoor pizza ovens—keep impressing guests all winter long! Warning: bragging rights included.

In this hands-on class, you’ll work with other students in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment, with guidance from professional chef instructors. Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted. You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class, so wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
