Fire up your appetite and experience the bold flavors of a Brazilian steakhouse in this hands-on cooking class! Start with warm, irresistible Pão de Queijo, Brazil’s famous cheesy bread, before learning to prepare tender Brazilian Garlic Butter Steak, perfectly seared and finished with rich garlic butter. Round out the feast with colorful grilled vegetables and flavorful Brazilian rice. For dessert, finish with sweet and caramelized grilled cinnamon-sugar pineapple served with creamy vanilla ice cream. Along the way, you’ll learn simple grilling, seasoning, and cooking techniques that bring the excitement of a Brazilian steakhouse right to your own kitchen.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
