Come discover the Grecian soul of Santorini. Shaped by endless sun, volcanic soil, and generations of tradition, Santorini’s cuisine is bold, elemental, and deeply expressive. In this hands-on class, Chef Tara will guide you through the flavors and stories of the island, highlighting bright citrus, briny seafood, hearty legumes, and warm spices. Together, we’ll explore how simple ingredients—treated with care and intention—come together to create dishes that feel both rustic and unforgettable.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
