Celebrate the best flavors of late summer with a hands-on menu featuring bourbon-glazed salmon, creamy sweet corn risotto, and fresh seasonal ingredients. Learn grilling techniques, risotto fundamentals, and simple entertaining tips while enjoying a delicious meal inspired by summer harvests and warm evenings.

Important Information: This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We're required to verify ID at check-in, and unfortunately, we won't be able to admit any guests without one.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class: You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
