Join us for the next installment of our Breakfast Club series as we explore the bold, comforting flavors of the Southwest. In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to roast poblano peppers, prepare a creamy chile relleno-inspired breakfast frittata in cast iron, crisp golden papas with chile butter, and make a fresh ranchera sauce from scratch. We'll round out the meal with a bright chile-lime fruit salad and a handcrafted brunch cocktail—perfect recipes for slow weekend mornings and effortless entertaining.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. (This class is 12-2pm.)
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
