Join us for a sizzling good time as we dive into the world of hot honey with a Hatch Chile twist! This class is all about bringing the heat and sweet together in perfect harmony. You'll learn how to make mouthwatering chicken glazed with a spicy Hatch Chile honey sauce. We'll also mix up some smooth bourbon cocktails that pair perfectly with the savory dishes. Plus we'll make sides and a dessert. Whether you're a seasoned cook or just love good food and drinks, this class is designed for fun, flavor, and a whole lot of yum. Come ready to cook, sip, and savor every moment!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- Work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
