Gather ‘round for a summer night done right, Campfire Cookouts return to Brighton at the historic Wasatch Mountain Lodge.
Tucked among the aspens and pines, the evening begins with passed appetizers and a welcome beverage while our chefs prepare the menu over open campfires and the lodge’s original stone hearth.
Enjoy a seasonal meal followed by dessert on the patio under soft summer skies. A full bar with craft cocktails, wines, local beers, and whiskey will be available for purchase.
With limited dates and an intimate setting, this is a meal worth making time for — with a special Father’s Day edition on June 21.
