We’re swapping the oven for the rolling mat as you learn how to handle ingredients with precision, balance flavors, and create beautiful, edible art. It’s a hands-on experience that proves “healthy” and “fun” belong on the same plate!
Menu:
- Slammin’ Salmon Roll
- Ebi roll
- California roll
- Sweet and Spicy Edamame
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
To receive a refund or credit, cancellations must be received no less than 48 hours before the class begins. Please contact the school at [email protected] with any questions.
You’ll work together with other students in a hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors. Students work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. This Social Experience format includes a little less hands-on work and more learning techniques and gathering together.
Classes are 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted above. You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
