This is not an interactive cooking class. You will not be doing any of the cooking yourself.
Come join us for a night of elevated fall flavor. Whether it’s a date night, a get together, or just a treat to yourself, you should mark this down on your schedule as something you can’t miss. You’ll think you’ve stumbled right into paradise with these lavish dishes. Each extravagant course will be better than the last, so make sure you arrive hungry!
Menu:
- Endive salad
- Mushrooms in cream sauce with baguette
- Braised beef with whipped potato, duck in cherry sauce with barley
- Celery and squash puree
- Pumpkin custard
- Chef’s wine pairing
