Autumn is on its way quick, so make sure you don't “Fall” behind in your holiday dinner arrangements. Having some friends visiting? Impress them with this fine spread of fall foods fit for the season! Beat their expectations with a mouthwatering pork tenderloin and a savory quinoa stuffed acorn squash bursting with all the autumn flavors they'll love. Invited to a party? Bring along your fresh tarts elevated with the flavors of sweet berries and tangy balsamic marinade. These recipes will get you re-invited to every future fall occasion; you might almost regret it!

In this hands-on Harmons Cooking School class, you'll work with other students in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment, and learn from professional chef instructors. This Social Experience format involves a little less hands-on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
Classes are 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted above. You'll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
