Chef Jake will teach you how to make the perfect macarons and demonstrate the best technique for this challenging confection. Leave this class a macaron-making pro! A light lunch will be served, so bring an appetite.
New filling flavors include:
- Pumpkin Spice
- Cranberry Walnut
- Gingerbread
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
To receive a refund or credit, cancellations must be received no less than 48 hours before the class begins. Contact the school at [email protected] with any questions.
In a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class, you’ll work with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors. You’ll work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. In this Social Experience format, there will be a little less hands-on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
Classes are 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted above. You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
