Fun Science Friday

Join us every Friday at Clark Planetarium between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for an interesting and fun look at free hands-on science projects.

• September 4 — Robots — Explore the fundamentals of coding with us while tinkering with a variety of robotics!
• September 11 — Magnetic Art — Can you paint with magnets? Yes, as long as you have the right materials! Join us for a family-friendly art-meets-science activity as we harness the powers of magnetism to create our own unique masterpieces.
• September 18 — Agronomy — Explore how real scientists study worlds beyond our own and discover how a planet's environment shapes life. Then design your own planet and the alien that lives there!
• September 25 — Tinker Day: Paper Airplanes — Put your engineering skills to the test with a paper airplane craft project demonstrating the physics of flight and the four forces of aerodynamics: thrust, weight, lift, and drag. Then bring your paper airplane home and show your friends and family what you learned.

These events are free and do not require registration.
