Multi-GRAMMY nominated singer-songwriter Ingrid Andress returns this year with the release of new songs "Now I Know," "Taillights" and most recently, "Tattoos." Fans can expect more new music throughout the year as she finishes her third studio album. The LP will follow her celebrated sophomore album, Good Person, and debut, Lady Like, both coproduced and co-written by Andress.
Each album earned widespread acclaim and award recognition. Good Person was selected as one of Rolling Stone’s 100 Best Albums of the Year and 25 Best Country & Americana Albums of 2022, and featured her GRAMMY-nominated, Platinum-certified No. 1, "Wishful Drinking (with Sam Hunt)," which Billboard ranked among the Top 10 most-played songs on country radio in 2022. Lady Like became one of Billboard’s Top 10 Best Country Albums of the year and set the record as the highest streaming country female debut album of all time upon release. It also features her Multi-Platinum No. 1 radio single "More Hearts Than Mine," the only debut single from a solo female artist to break the Top 20 on country radio in 2019. Lady Like earned GRAMMY nominations for Best Country Album and Best Country Song ("More Hearts Than Mine"), and Andress received a Best New Artist nod, making her the only country artist to be nominated in a "Big Four" category.
Mark Mackay
Blazing guitars and reflective storytelling; spirited swagger and compassionate vulnerability. Mark Mackay projects a vivid panorama of arena-ready rock and roll crosscut with country soul, channeled through the sincerity of an eloquent singer-songwriter.
Mark has performed thousands of shows as a headliner at clubs, concerts, festivals, and fairs, and as an opening act for The Steve Miller Band, REO Speedwagon, Night Ranger, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Eli Young Band, and Gary Allan. He has commanded center stage at The Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, and in 2025, the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
He envisions his newest slate of seven songs for Bungalo Records/Universal Music Group as a prologue to the next phase of his career. His creative team includes producer and multiple ACM Guitarist of the Year nominee Adam Shoenfeld, and frequent co-writer/co-producer, Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee Jeffrey Steele.
Whether fronting his band or in intimate solo performances, Mark's audience connection is profound. "I'm staying true to myself, and the kind of music I like, and the stories I like telling," he says. "I don't make a big deal about driving, but yeah, I am always zipping around the country, interacting with people, and reminiscing about their stories, and how music brings us all together."
On his lead single, "Old Songs and Old Trucks," Mark is a confiding storyteller, embracing sweet nostalgia behind the wheel of a S-10 Chevy truck. "Things You Say" is a bittersweet song about taking stock of your life and decisions. "Get Away" is a full-throttle riff-driven road burner. "Crash" is narrated with sly undertones ("You weren't after my money/But you knew I had plenty to bail you out"). The spooky "Crazy About the Moonlight" is ignited by thunderous rock intensity, while "Let Her Fly" is aloft with acceptance. "I Am Love" is presented as a galvanizing anthem of unity: "Here's a song about something we should sing more about in this country every day."
Mark has a fashion collaboration designing a t-shirt with Ventura, CA apparel company Iron and Resin. Now in its third year, his national month-long "Rockin' and Rollin' Guitar Slinging Christmas Tour" has expanded to include dates in California, Utah, Montana, Colorado, Ohio, and New York.
Based in Nashville and raised on the sounds of California, Mark studied classical piano, gravitated to electric guitar, attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood, and began writing songs and recording demos in a garage studio. Reflecting on influences, he says he grew up on Bruce Springsteen and John Mellencamp and still believes in great songs and guitar solos.
Katie Mathews
Katie Mathews grew up in Northern Utah and began singing professionally at age 9, with her first job at the Utah Festival Opera. She was involved in several operas and musicals before focusing on country music, drawing influences from grassroots country to rock and roll and covering artists like Patsy Cline, Tina Turner, and Elton John.
Katie gained local recognition after winning the county fair Talent Find at age 12 and began touring with Ty Herndon and SheDaisy at 15. She moved to Nashville out of high school, where she wrote and performed daily. She has opened for Craig Campbell, David Osmond, Billy Dean, Chely Wright, and Granger Smith, among others.
Katie recently finished recording her new EP, "Not Because you’re Lonely," which showcases her talent as a singer and writer. Her first single was written by CJ Solar; Katie has performed with him and looks forward to future collaborations.
Katie's stage performance displays a seasoned artist and many years on stage. Performing is her "Sixth Sense," and this Girl-Next-Door hopes you give her music a listen with an open heart.
