Fun Science Friday

Join us every Friday at Clark Planetarium between 2:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. for an interesting and fun look at free hands-on science projects.

• June 5 — Optics — Dive eye first into the science of optics. Explore the relationship between eye and brain that allows us to make sense of the world around us using light and lenses.
• June 12 — Spirographs — Join us for Fun Science Friday as we use spirographs to create artwork and learn how geometry can inform art and creativity.
• June 19 — Static Electricity — Join us for a hair-raising experience as we learn about the invisible power of static electricity!
• June 26 — Tinker Day: Float Boats — Why do boats float? Join us as we explore the science that allows us to travel on water without getting wet - buoyancy! We will be designing, building and testing our own foil boats in this Tinker Day activity.
