Ecstatic Dance

Schedule:

• 11:00 am–12:00 pm: Opening hour — Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, etc. Led by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
• 12:00–12:15 pm: Opening Circle + Guideline Recap
• 12:15–2:15 pm: Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ
• 2:15–2:30 pm: Closing Circle + Sound Bath, Acoustic Music Performance
• 2:45–3:45 pm: Post-dance — Occasional Impromptu Song Circle. Acoustic Song Sharing. Instruments welcome.
• 1:30–3:00 pm: Healthy food available for purchase / Social hour

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.
