Western Hunting and Conservation Expo

The Western Hunting and Conservation Expo (Expo) is hosted by Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife (SFW) and the Mule Deer Foundation (MDF). Since 2007, the event has brought the hunting community together to celebrate wildlife, hunting, and the outdoors. Attendees support wildlife conservation and habitat projects through ticket purchases, auction bids, and visits to exhibitor booths.

The Expo takes place February 11–14, 2027, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. Expo housing is open, and hotel room reservations are available.

Applying for the Expo’s 200 Permits contributes to wildlife conservation efforts. The event is suitable for those interested in hunting, wildlife, and outdoor activities.
