Caesar The Day! 21+ (May 26)
Tuesday, May 26 | 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Harmons City Creek Cooking School
Chef Jake Driffill
The Caesar salad was invented by Italian immigrant restaurateur Caesar Cardini on July 4, 1924, in Tijuana, Mexico, not Italy. Improvised during a busy weekend, it was originally created with romaine lettuce, garlic oil, eggs, parmesan, and Worcestershire sauce. It became popular in Hollywood, famously popularized as a 'finger food' tableside creation. In this class you will learn how to make the ultimate Caesar salad, right down to the croutons. We'll add a filet of grilled salmon and pair it perfectly with wine selected by our Chefs.
On the Menu:
- Grilled Salmon
- Caesar Salad — learn to make the dressing and croutons
- Roasted Garden Vegetables
- Flourless Raspberry Torte (Chef Made)
Seats are priced per person.
