Banh Mi is the Vietnamese word for bread; more specifically a type of baguette split in half and filled with savory ingredients. Banh Mi is similar to a French baguette but smaller and personal-sized! It also refers to the sandwiches crafted on this bread with a variety of flavorful fillings, similar to an American po'boy. Come join our Chefs as they show you how to make this traditional meal!
