Indulge your taste buds at the Utah Food Festival, a celebration of our region's rich culinary heritage, spanning from ancient ancestral foods to contemporary delicacies. On May 16-17, you can sample and shop an array of tantalizing tastes from local artisans, delve into delicious workshops led by culinary experts, and enrich your knowledge of food history with insightful presentations!
The festival is included with Museum admission, which is free for Museum Members. As workshop fees cover festival admission, Museum Members receive a 50% discount on all workshop registrations.

- Loose Leaf Tea & Tisanes 101 | Tea Grotto — Saturday at 12:30 p.m. | Register Here. Learn the fundamentals of brewing and appreciating loose leaf tea and enjoy a tasting session.
- The Perfect Butter: How to Make it at Home | Mountain Born Creamery — Saturday at 2:30 p.m. | Register Here. Learn how to make rich, flavorful butter at home; you'll take home a mason jar of Utah cream and a recipe card with tips and tricks.
- Cooking with Wild Plants Along the Wasatch Front | Megan Bartley — Saturday at 2:30 p.m. | Register Here. Learn how to safely and sustainably forage and cook with wild plants in the area.
