Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all-ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

Schedule:
- 11am-12pm Opening hour: Yoga, breath work, meditation, etc. Led by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
- 12-12:15pm Opening Circle + guideline recap
- 12:15-2:15pm Ecstatic Dance with live DJ
- 2:15-2:30pm Closing Circle + sound bath, acoustic music performance
- 2:45-3:45pm Post-dance: occasional impromptu song circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.
- 1:30-3pm Healthy food available for purchase / social hour

- Tickets: $20 for adults, $5 for children (under 18)
