Ecstatic Dance

Schedule:
- 11:00 am–12:00 pm — Opening hour: Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, etc. Lead by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
- 12:00–12:15 pm — Opening Circle + Guideline Recap
- 12:15–2:15 pm — Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ
- 2:15–2:30 pm — Closing Circle + Sound Bath, Acoustic Music Performance
- 2:45–3:45 pm — Post-dance: Occasional Impromptu Song Circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.
- 1:30–3:00 pm — Healthy food available for purchase / Social hour.

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

Tickets are $20 for adults, $5 for children (under 18). We also offer a $155 10-punch pass. If you would like to volunteer time in exchange for attending the dance, sign up in advance at https://www.clubhouseslc.com/ecstatic-dance
