Hey all,
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween!
This Tuesday, November 3rd, we will meet at the East High track at 5:30am. We will warm up with a jog around the neighborhood, then hit the track.
The workout: 8×800 with 400 recoveries. No frills on this one, just some fast running. Hope to see you there!
