Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School
Chef Dee Beltz
Step into the soul of Athens and experience the joy of making and eating authentic Greek gyros (pronounced “YEE-ro”) in this hands-on cooking class. Chef Dee will guide you through marinating pork, chicken, and beef souvlaki, roasting them on skewers with vegetables, and making pita bread from scratch. Choose to create a gyro topped with tzatziki or serve your souvlaki over aromatic rice with a refreshing salad of herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and feta.
Come make new friends in our immersive class and leave with the confidence to recreate this meal at home for your friends and family. After all, that is what cooking is all about, bringing people together!
