Get ready for the ultimate Taco Tuesday experience packed with bold flavors, vibrant colors, and fiesta-worthy fun! In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to create sizzling carne asada and juicy shrimp tacos loaded with fresh toppings and homemade sauces. We’ll pair them with smoky street-style elote, cilantro lime rice, and fresh-made salsas. Finish the evening with creamy mango gelato.
What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- Work together with other students in a hands-on class led by professional chef instructors.
- Work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
- Seats are priced per person.
