High-Altitude Harmony: A Chapter shared at the Grand Table
French technique meets high-desert terroir as Executive Chef Christian Ojeda welcomes Chef Martin Rios of Santa Fe’s Restaurant Martin for an intimate evening of canapés and a six-course dinner in Laurel’s private dining rooms.
Both chefs built their reputations in Santa Fe’s acclaimed dining scene, pairing classical French technique with local sourcing and native botanicals. Drawing on Chef Ojeda’s Chilean heritage and Chef Rios’ Mexican roots, the menu weaves memories of open-air markets into each course and finishes with a dessert created in collaboration with Chef Xavier.
Chef Ojeda, who earned back-to-back Forbes Four-Star ratings at Bernardus Lodge & Spa, is joined by Chef Rios, a multiple-time James Beard Award finalist whose restaurant is Michelin Recommended. Seating is very limited.
