Springville World Folkfest

The Springville World Folkfest is Utah’s only international folk dance festival, celebrating its 40th year in 2026. The main festival runs July 30–August 1, 2026 at Springville Arts Park. Gates open at 5:30 PM and performances begin at 6:45 PM.

Additional free pre-festival community events happen July 28 and 29 in Orem, including jam sessions and performances in local parks and public spaces.

This all-ages event features cultural dance groups from around the world. 2026's international lineup includes:
- Slovakia
- Bolivia
- Belgium
- Korea
- France
- Trinity Irish

Attendees can enjoy traditional dances, live global music, vibrant costumes, and diverse international food trucks.

Before the main shows, guests can participate in interactive experiences such as:
- scavenger hunts
- hands-on activities
- meet-and-greets with performers
- giveaways
- pre-show dance sessions

The event is designed for families, with kid-friendly activities and cultural explorations.

Tickets can be reserved online; Thursday through Saturday festival nights in Springville require tickets, while the Orem pre-events are free and open to the public.
